Welcome to the official ITSO product blog. I’m Matt Hicks the Director of Product Development for the IT Solution Optimizer application (ITSolutionOptimizer.com) and also the platform architect responsible for the design, innovation strategy, development and deployment of the IT Solution Optimizer since it’s conception in 2004.
I am lucky to work with some exceptional people that have all performed well above expectations to build something remarkable out of humble beginnings and very limited resources.
I look forward to using this blog to post ITSO product related information including: new advancements, user feedback, ongoing development projects that will be focused on improving the application and creating more value to you, the user…. In addition to all of this, I’ll post other news tidbits regarding the ITSO development teams activities AND of course, the site would be nothing without you so I hope you too play a part. Your messages and comments are always welcome and I encourage you to share your ideas and requests here with the development team.
So above all, if you’re looking to find out more about the ITSO product and what we’ve been up to lately, you’ve come to the right place. We welcome you with the warmest hospitality as a part of the ITSO community and hope you push us to drive the product to be more of what you need. Our ears are open and I expect to hear some interesting perspectives, opinions and more than anything, frank feedback.
